Open Play tickets can be used every day. Bring your little ones in to explore our magical playground and café. Check out our activity calendar for special character Meet & Greets (characters are only available for birthday parties and at special events listed on our calendar).

Children under one-year-old are free with a paying sibling. Children over eight years old are free but not allowed in the play area. Socks and a signed waiver by a parent/caregiver are required for each child to play.

Please reschedule your Open Play if anyone has had a fever within 24 hours of your appointment. Call us or click reschedule in your confirmation email. No refunds.

Open Play is $12 for 3 hours. When you schedule your time slot, it’s going to reserve your arrival time—saying only one hour—but your appointment is for three hours. We do this so people can book more tailored arrival times,
